<aside> 👋 Based in Tokyo, I have over 10 years of experience in startups (business development & operations) and venture capital. Currently, I work as a freelancer, supporting startups* and venture capital firms as fractional CXO, strategy & operations, and community management. *especially in education, mental health and wellbeing, female health and women empowerment, lifestyle and culture, and diversity.

Passionate about venture design through the lens of empowering individuals and society, I find joy in building business ideas, products and culture from scratch. As a bilingual in both Japanese and English, I can navigate comfortably in international work environments and embrace cultures that allow people to be creative, open-minded, and collaborative.

On weekends, you can find me playing the flute+piccolo in an orchestra, or taking my dog and son (born in Autumn 2024) out for a walk in the park.
