- In charge of brainstorming, planning and executing provider engagement events and training initiatives
- Monitoring and improving the standard of quality of providers
- Providing general communication for providers, especially in Japanese
- Assisting in development of networks to potential providers and generate new leads
- Executing talent acquisition tasks
- Liaising with the Singapore headquarters
- Screening and onboarding new coaches and counselors onto Intellect’s platform
